The Employment Rights Bill (ERB) - currently 199 pages long with 28 reforms for employment law - is making its way through our complicated parliamentary process. There’s no turning back! 2025 will be a busy time as we await details of the Bill's key provisions including unfair dismissal rights, guaranteed hours offers and statutory sick pay to name a few.

Signing up for our free-of-charge subscription service means that any updates to the Bill, whether that be details of amendments, consultations or other news will be emailed to you. The email will contain details of the changes and will also include practical guidance as to how, where relevant, to respond.
