Our podcasts are back...we were on a break!

After a short break, our employment and pensions podcasts are back! They are crammed with more comments and content on the latest HR issues, cases and news of the moment.

Our latest podcast, supporting neurodivergent employees focuses on a key issue for employers; how to support and manage neurodivergent employees in the workplace. Statistics tell us that one in seven of the population is neurodivergent. Whilst those same statistics show that it is harder for neurodivergent workers to enter the job market, most employers will likely have at least one (most likely more) employee who is neurodivergent in some way.

We are keen to include more voices in our podcast offering and in this episode, we have an interview with Karen Allen, head of people and development at Futures Housing Group. Karen gave this interview as part of a webinar we held at the start of the year and spoke to us about how Futures is working towards supporting neurodivergent employees, helping them not just to survive but to thrive. Karen gives a valuable insight into the challenges and success stories and we wanted to offer an opportunity for those who didn't attend our event to hear it again.

As ever, please contact me or your usual contact in the employment and pensions team for further information.
