The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and the Housing Ombudsman Service (HO) have put in place a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) setting out their respective functions and how they will work together in the exercise of their respective functions; agreeing on a new framework of communication and cooperation, and exchange of information between them.
