The first window for Round 4, the final round of the Community Ownership Fund, is now open for applications until 10 April.

The £150m Community Ownership Fund (COF) exists to help communities across the UK to take ownership of assets at risk of closure. Round 4 is the final round of the Community Ownership Fund. There will be two bidding windows in Round 4 to allocate the remaining funding.
