4 October - immigration fees will rise

I posted at the start of August about the Government's announcement that they were going to raise immigration fees significantly for sponsoring employers and their migrant employees.

Now we have a further update from the Government, which is that the 15% increases will come into effect on 4 October 2023. Employers in the health and social care sector can see a full list of the new fees here.

My comments in my August post remain so do check that out if you've not already.  As always, if you need any advice regarding international recruitment, we can help. We can provide support with the process of getting a sponsorship licence all the way through to understanding your duties and obligations as a sponsor. Please do get in touch with us if you need any assistance.
