Building an equitable workplace rooted in inclusivity and belonging

Tomorrow is International Women's Day. As part of our preparations to mark IWD 2022 my colleagues and I have been reflecting on the theme, what we do at Anthony Collins Solicitors, why and what else we should be doing.  

The 'why' is so much bigger than the 'what'. Ultimately 'why' boils down to respect and care for others. We want a thriving workplace, where we live out our purpose. A workplace rooted in inclusivity and belonging is a workplace where everyone thrives. Let’s be frank, it also benefits the bottom line, so there’s an added benefit for anyone out there who is a little sceptical!

As a purpose-driven firm, we see each individual’s potential to make a unique contribution to our success. Inclusivity and belonging are fundamental.
