@FaithAction has highlighted the high degree of ‘vaccine hesitancy’ among BAME communities, with a Queen Mary study of the London population, suggesting that only 39% of the BAME population group would have the Covid-19 vaccine compared with 70% of white Londoners. The reasons are complex and often understandable, but faith-based organisations can have a real impact with those they work with by myth-busting and explaining the science.
