No nonsense commentary on the decision of Mrs Justice Knowles in the High Court case IC v RC. Wherein it was found that the slip rule had been correctly applied so as to amend a financial remedy variation order. Mrs Justice Knowles has been appointed as the Family Division Liaison Judge for the Midland Circuit with effect from 2 November 2020 and we look forward to following further notable decisions with earnest.
