The sun was shining in Leeds for UKREiiF 2025, and with the brightening of the weather came the brightening of our optimism and determination.  

This has provided an opportunity for reflection and to review the potential to challenge the norm to consider new concepts for sustainable development throughout the UK. We have seen many amazing projects and spoken to many like-minded people. 

Common themes were: 

• partnership;
• collaboration;
• turbo-charging delivery; and
• stewardship.

These named projects provide just a flavour of the shared optimism and determination of all involved in the development and investor sector to make change happen.
