It is hard to believe that it will be a year since, amid all the rain, UKREiiF 2024 was hit by the announcement of a General Election. This year, the focus of UKREiiF 2025 will surely be the new Government’s drive to ramp up house building and to enable a growing economy.

There’s a real interest in harnessing a diversity of models that range from the small but achievable to the large programmes that could miss out on creating communities that share a commitment to the common good of all.
