Yesterday, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) launched the implementation plan for its new approach to consumer regulation, noting that this will be a 'step change' and there will be 'much that social landlords need to do to ensure that they are meeting new requirements about the quality of homes and services they are responsible for'. 

Look out for the further consultations mentioned in due course, but in the meantime, take a look at the plan towards implementation. Reiterating the messages made by the RSH previously, don't wait for consumer regulation to start in 2024. If you haven't already, start planning now.
