I was privileged this morning to join the Women in Housing Leaders 2020 virtual roundtable with 20 fantastic women sharing their own reasons for getting into housing and their deeply personal experiences throughout their career journeys. 

Universally agreed, I think, that we have all benefitted from the women (and many men) who across the years have helped and supported, chivvied and expected each of us to step outside our comfort zones. We honour them by paying it forward to the next generation of women, raising them up and encouraging them into leadership.
