The confirmation from Robert Jenrick that housebuilding can and should continue is welcome news to RPs and the construction sector after most construction ground to a halt during the first lockdown earlier in the year. 

Further, the fact that house moves can still take place with removals firms and estate agencies still being able to operate, albeit within a Covid secure environment, means sales of affordable housing are still able to go ahead.
