A Sad - but perhaps timely reminder to review or prepare your Wills and Powers of Attorney

With dire predictions of further significant deaths in view of the continued Covid-19 crisis, its a salutary reminder to ensure that your Will and Powers of Attorney are up to date.

By following the national guidance, being sensible, staying safe and following the rules, we hope that the impact of illness and death can be avoided for ourselves and our loved ones and limited on a national scale.

Nevertheless the peace of mind that can be provided by ensuring that your future decision making and estate distribution is protected and is able to happen as you would wish, should the worst happen, and the support this could provide to loved ones at a very difficult time, could be extremely valuable.

If you need assistance in a review of your current Will and Power of Attorney arrangements, or wish to make arrangements for these to be put in place as soon as possible, Anthony Collins Solicitors Private Client Team is ready to assist - with practical guidance as to how to remain covid-safe when witnesses are needed too!

Covid-19 deaths could be twice as high over the winter as they were in the first wave of the pandemic, PM Boris Johnson is expected to warn MPs later.
