A chartered legal executive in the projects team, Naomi is skilled in delivering the best advice for her clients within local authorities, housing associations, charities and other public sector bodies.
She is a specialist in non-contentious projects, including large major works programmes for registered providers of social housing. Naomi also supports and advises clients on disputes, as well as drafting, amending and negotiating standard construction and engineering contracts, including JCT, NEC and PPC forms, in relation to the Procurement Act 2023.
Naomi regularly assists clients with transposing JCT 2016 template documents to the JCT 2024 template, helping clients to get to grips with the recent JCT updates, providing updated schedules of amendments and guidance.
