My role
I am a STEP qualified private client solicitor providing advice on wills and estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and trusts. I have a particular interest in advising in relation to complex estate administration matters, for instance where there is no will, disagreements between executors or beneficiaries and where there is inheritance tax to pay.
I ensure that I fully understand my clients requirements and family arrangements to provide tailored advice which is delivered in a personable and professional manner.
My experience
I joined Anthony Collins in February 2023. Prior to this I have worked at firms based in Stoke on Trent and Congleton. I have been practicing as a private client solicitor since qualification in 2014 and became a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2018.
