With 35% of the councils that had elections last week changing control, members and officers will be finding their feet as the implications of the count become real. 

Induction training will be in focus as will the AGM. If you have a lot of new members, holding a mock AGM as part of the induction will settle some nerves and provide support for a good first meeting.
