The hard work starts now as the 4411 councillors take their seats.

Induction and the annual council meeting will be the focus for this month but what else needs to be considered to ensure a successful start to the new municipal term?  

I will be speaking at the LLG Spring Conference on 27 May about dealing with change in political administration post-election, using my own learning as an officer in local government.
