The Government has completed its annual report on risk in the social housing sector. The report summarised what it considers to be the main risks to the sector currently and includes recommendations on steps social housing providers can take to manage those risks. As expected, the report acknowledges the continued uncertainty created by the Covid-19 pandemic. Energy efficiency and zero-carbon commitments also feature, alongside the Social Housing White Paper.
