From 1 October 2021, home loss payments will increase as follows:
- For tenants - £7,100
- For leaseholders, the minimum payment will be £7,100 and the maximum payment will be £71,000
These changes are made through the Home Loss Payments (Prescribed Amounts) (England) Regulations 2021.
